Incept began working with Goodyear Gemini in January of 2007 to converse with recent Gemini customers and evaluate the level of service they received during their most recent visit. The feedback ultimately allowed store owners and managers the ability to proactively repair relationships that suffered damage during the visit. It was determined that this effort produced a 63% return rate in upset customers.
