Job Responsibilities: Jeff always has the big picture on his mind. Most of his time is spent working with the Leadership Results Team developing organizational strategies that allow Incept to continuously evolve and improve their conversational approach on behalf of your current and potential customers.

Jeff is a big believer that constant vigilance is required, to maintain a high level of conversational quality and performance excellence. How critical? Jeff audits 20 call conversations per week, to ensure that Incept's clients are being represented in a positive, professional and effective manner, while protecting the brand integrity that each client has worked so hard to build.

What I Am Most Passionate About at Work: I am passionate about creating a stable and secure future for my coworkers that provides them growth opportunities and positions them to achieve their professional and personal goals.

Personal Interests: I enjoy spending time with my amazing family, as well as, supporting philanthropic organizations that enrich lives, provide hope and raise expectations of people in need. I confess a weakness for televised sports and love watching football, basketball and Mixed Martial Arts. (Just ask my wife).

I am also a music lover and have recently started taking piano lessons. Stay tuned for updates on my progress.
