Job Responsibilities: Mike is the Director of the Technology Results team at Incept. He comes to Incept from Progressive Insurance and brings 15 years of IT experience from several different industries.

What I Am Most Passionate About at Work: I love all things related to technology and science. I have always had a strong interest in leveraging technology to increase overall business efficiency.

Personal Interests: I love watching and playing basketball, going skiing and working out when I am not glued to my desk working on the PC. Whenever I am free I also try to spend as muchtime as possible with my family and friends. Beyond that, I am always up for talking technology and science.

Movies: I have too many favorites to choose one, but I love science fiction and have come to accept romantic comedies due to my wife! We are really into Netflix, and like a fewTV series, including Breaking Bad, Mad Men and my new favorite, Big Bang Theory.

Musician or Group: Whatever my Pandora feed sends my way.

Books: Freakonomics is a real insightful book that takes an uncommon approach to paint an extremely accurate picture grounded in deep statistical analysis – by Steven Levitt and Stephen Dubner. I like a good audio book, including Big Russ and Me by Tim Russert, Crash Proof, Rich Dad / Poor Dad and Team of Rivals by Doris Kearns Goodwin.
