Job Responsibilities: Having founded Incept in 1993, Jeff has had the good fortune to be associated with a group of talented, committed professionals who afford him the time to focus on his primary passion, philanthropy. In fact, Jeff will be the first one to tell you that he has the best job in the world: giving money away. Jeff chairs the Incept Gives Charitable Fund Committee, which is comprised of employees from entry level to senior management. On the business side, Jeff’s time is spent working with the President & CEO of Incept to develop organizational strategies that allow for continuous evolution and improvement within the Conversational Marketing business space.

- Being selected by Workforce Dynamics as one of the top workplaces in North East Ohio for 2011, and the #1 company in Canton, Ohio (Based on employee nominations and surveys)
- Being selected as ‘Company of The Year’ by the State of Ohio for work in the hiring and training of people with disabilities
- Testifying in Washington, DC before a Congressional budget committee on behalf of the Rehabilitation Services Commission
Personal Interests: Jeff enjoys spending time with his amazing family, as well as supporting philanthropic organizations that enrich lives, provide hope, and raise expectations of people in need. Jeff loves live theatre and music (especially when his kids are involved). He also confesses a weakness for televised sports including: football, amateur wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts - Just ask his wife!
Volunteer Work: Jeff has been a volunteer driver for
Meals on Wheels since 2002, as well as a volunteer / board member at
Pegasus Farm since 2008. Jeff is also the event chair for the
Cross International ‘Hope for Children’ fundraising gala, held annually in Akron, Ohio.
