Job Responsibilities: Lee-Ann’s primary responsibilities focus on managing company policies and managing all corporate benefits and programs to assist our staff. Our policies are created to ensure a safe and stable work environment for our entire work force. Overseeing and making sure policies are both fair and followed is no easy task, but through communication and education, Lee-Ann is able to strengthen our relationships with our staff and build an excellent working environment for everyone.
What I Am Most Passionate About at Work: Over the course of my career it has become clear to me, my strengths and passion are helping others. Whether I am assisting a co-worker with a coding issue (I love to do programming) or assisting staff in bettering themselves and their lives, providing the tools and guidance needed to allow others to make great life decisions is where I gain my strength.
Personal Interests: As a busy Mom of 2 beautiful children, my person interests mostly rely on their growth and development. From swim class to dance lessons and violin to hosting parties with their friends, I truly enjoy every moment I have with my family. I also love to travel. With family in Indiana and Canada, we spend a lot of time away from home visiting our loved ones.Movies: Beaches, The Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump and Legends of the Fall
