With a need to expand conversations to new and repeating donors, our partnership with the San Diego Blood Bank began in 2006. Since then, Incept has offered an array of donor conversations to best suit the needs of this blood center.
In December of 1950, the San Diego Blood Bank was established through the support of the San Diego County Medical Society. Throughout the years, the San Diego Blood Bank has stayed in the forefront of transfusion medicine, added donor centers and bloodmobiles to cover all of the region's neighborhoods, diversified the blood bank's donor base and formed lasting partnerships with organizations from throughout the Southern California region.
The blood bank is asking donors to make a difference in life by donating blood one more time each year. So, if you normally donate once a year, a second visit could help save twice the lives. If you now donate twice; how about three times?
