Job Responsibilities: As Vice President of New Client Results, Jim is responsible for leading the Incept Results diversification initiative. Unlike most outsource service bureaus, Incept doesn’t chase large volume inbound or outbound short-term campaigns. Rather, we help niche industries achieve growth objectives by building relationships through meaningful conversations, across multiple communication channels.

What I Am Most Passionate About at Work: I have a real passion for solving complex challenges and for designing and deploying efficient and effective processes. In my personal life, I adore and appreciate my family.

Personal Interests: I invest a lot of my discretionary time in building my Native American art business and artist trade association.

Movie: Others of this generation would say Casablanca, but I really prefer The Maltese Falcon.

Musicians or Groups: Oh this is a tough one. I like classic rock like Allman Brothers, Yes, Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, Aerosmith, Ozzie, and Bad Company. I don’t think that I could narrow it down to a single favorite.

Book: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. That lady can write!
