Incept Announces Another Move for Jake Fegan to Contact Center Manager, Incept Saves Making big impacts on the Contact Center floor, Fegan moves into a new position at Incept.

CANTON, Ohio - On June 29, 2012 Incept proudly announced that employee Jake Fegan has been promoted to the role of Contact Center Manager, Incept Saves. Brought onto the team in October of 2011, Jake has made strides as a Program Results Manager. To better meet the needs of their blood bank clients, Jake will now begin managing all of the Team Leads and Coaches, as well as working more with the Client Results Team and Analysts to ensure Incept is hitting their client's goals.


About his recent move within Incept, Jake said the following, "I am looking forward to making a positive impact on an already outstanding Blood Bank Recruitment Contact Center.
