Incept Appoints Lee-Ann Zackiewicz as Director of Employee Results

Thirteen-year veteran looks to utilize her extensive experience to help take company to the next level

CANTON, Ohio - Incept has appointed veteran team member Lee-Ann Zackiewicz to the position of Director of Employee Results. Zackiewicz, a thirteen-year member of the Incept team, looks to use her extensive experience to drive the future growth and development of the company.

Beginning her career with Incept began as a French-speaking Conversational MarketingTM Expert (CME), she next spent several years developing and structuring the company's Technology Results department in order to take it to the next level. For the past several years, she has been working in and managing the Employee Results department (or Human Resources, as it is known in many other companies) spending much of her time analyzing years of policies and procedures. Zackiewicz credits the success of her early projects to her being afforded this new opportunity and her promotion which took place late November 2011.

Zackiewicz shared the following remarks while reflecting on her new role within the company:

"Oftentimes Employee Results (or Human Resources) is viewed as a department of discipline. I see it much differently. Outside my door (at the entrance to the Contact Center) there is a sign which reads, ‘Through our doors pass exceptional people' and I believe that. I also believe that through communication and guidance I can help our staff believe it too.

Sometimes we all need help in realizing our full potential, and that is my goal.

If there is one thing I want our employees to know, it is that I am here to help them. I am truly looking out for their best interests, and I want to provide whatever assistance they need to be successful. Our organization, our work family, is very important to me, and I am looking forward to reaching new milestones together."
