Job Responsibilities: Allison helps our clients in coming up with solutions to their business needs by using Incept. Allison works with our Contact Center Results Team and the client to effectively follow the solution Incept is a part of.

What I Am Most Passionate About at Work: I enjoy helping our clients meet their goals and become successful by being a liaison between the Contact Center Results Team and the client. I like to research any situation that may come up and find creative solutions for any problems that arise.

Personal Interests: My favorite thing to do in my free time is relax with my family at home. I also enjoy baking, shopping, and volunteering at my church!
