Welcome to Incept!

Congratulations! You've joined a creative, diverse, and engaging community uniting more than 200 team members with Fortune 500 companies and blood centers across the United States.

We've put this page together to share everything we think you might need or want to know during your first few weeks at Incept

Before You Start

  • Make sure you've looked over the employee handbook! This will answer many of your questions before your first day.
  • We will need you to bring in 2 forms of ID – one will need to be a valid photo ID and some frequently used acceptable second forms would be your birth certificate, social security card, or a US Passport.  If you have any questions feel free to contact D. Ellis.
  • Scroll through the pages below to start getting familiar with the faces you'll be seeing your first day.

Your First Day

When you come in on your first day, take the elevator to the second floor and head to the break room - just to the right of the bathrooms and across from the elevators.  There, Incept's Employee Results Recruiter, D. Ellis, will welcome you and get you ready for your first training class!

At this point, you probably already know D. Ellis - he's the one that interviewed you.

Employee Results RECRUITER

Who are you?  I am the guy who had to erase several goofy answers here because I’m sure they wouldn’t be work appropriate. As a Recruiter I’m the gatekeeper to our wonderful company. I see it all in my position and I meet all obstacles and challenges with a smile. I’m the most outgoing introvert you’ll ever meet; I am The Most Interesting Man in The World. Stay thirsty my friends…

How long have you been here? I've been with the team since January 2017.

Why do you choose to work with Incept?  I volunteered as tribute for this job because I wanted a chance to showcase my abilities as a professional while also gaining more responsibility. Incept is a great company and I think I’ve found a home.

On your first day at Incept, you'll find yourself in our training department with a class of 8-15 others. The team below will teach you the art and science of conversation throughout the first several weeks of your job here. With their help, you'll be a Conversational Marketing Expert in no time!

New Employee Results Training Supervisor

Who are you? I’m someone who started where you’re about to start- on the phones, I worked my way up and landed in the training department. My job is to educate new & current employees on different programs and how to properly make calls. I’m someone who works hard and always strives to do better, both inside and outside of work. I’m someone’s mother, someone’s wife, sister, daughter, niece, aunt & granddaughter- my family means everything to me; they are the reason I am who I am, and the reason I work as hard as I do. I’m also someone who loves being outside, finds comfort in the beach and loves nothing more than either cheering on my kids or cheering on my favorite football team.

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? I help new hires learn the ropes- I teach them the skills they need to be successful here at Incept. As well as the training team will be with you from day 1 until long after graduation (always around to help you anyway we can)

How long have you been here?  2009

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I choose to work here because I fell in love with the culture years ago. Incept is a family and as a company they truly care about their employees. I have an amazing boss and amazing co-workers, we get to do a job day in and day out that has an impact on people’s lives- after all we schedule blood donations.

Blood Bank Trainer

Who are you? Hi there! I'm from Florida and have two fur babies that I completely adore. In my spare time I love to binge watch TV shows on Netflix or just spend time with my friends and family. I am a big fan of horror flicks and believe it or not my favorite holiday is Halloween, handing out candies to the kiddies and watching all of the classic horror flicks is definitely my favorite part of Halloween not to mention carving pumpkins with my little brother.

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? I make sure to make new hires feel as comfortable as possible and try to make training not only educational but also fun!

How long have you been here? Since 2012

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I choose to work here at Incept because of the amazing people that work here. I've never worked for a company where everyone treats each other like a customer.

What most companies call Human Resources, we call Employee Results - because that's exactly what they do for you - produce the results that you need to be successful here at Incept. Have a question for them?  Log onto our intranet, CRiS and submit an ER Request.

Employee Results Manager

Who are you? I am a pretty simple person – I love my family and friends, hanging out with my dogs and doing anything crafty!  I have an American bulldog named Hammer and a Chihuahua terrier named Little Girl (super original).  I love meeting new people and getting to know what makes them tick.  I could talk about just about anything so please don’t hesitate to strike up conversation when you see me!

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks?  My goal is to make your first few weeks here be as smooth as possible- no matter what that involves.  I can answer questions about policy, explain future benefits and opportunities at Incept and answer any questions you have about your pay/bonus/etc.

How long have you been here?  I have been here for 6.5 years.

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I love the people, the mission, the culture – everything!  I have never worked for a company that was so driven for success but also equally driven to treat people well, help others succeed, and give back to others.  To work with so many caring, passionate people is so rewarding!

Employee Results Representative

Who are you? I currently take on the role of an Employee Results Representative which means I am the face of Incept! I am the first person to greet you when you walk through our door. I’m that same face you are excited to see because I am delivering your lunch! I assist with administrative tasks such as schedule changes, absence requests, and passing out paychecks, just to name a few. Outside of work, I am a complex creature – I straddle the line of being a hermit who lives on my couch in comfy clothes with Netflix, my dog and cat or I’m out and about on a random adventure with my family and friends. I have a strong love for animals, Pinterest, and it is unlikely that I will pass up a party with good food and games!

How are you able to help new hires in the first few weeks? I am able to help new hires in the first few weeks by making sure all of their paperwork is completed, assisting them with Paycor, or by helping them set up direct deposits. I will also make sure they are using their time cards, manually add time punches if needed, or issue temporary lanyards if they happen to forget theirs!

How long have you been here? I have been at Incept for 6 years. I started out on the phones in the Saves division, moved to the Results division where I learned Stamps RTM, Stamps accounts, and Stamps chat before moving to Employee Results.

Why do you choose to work with Incept? I choose to work with Incept because I love the people and the atmosphere!
