Inc. magazine today recognized Incept on its 34th annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy-America's independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino's Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.

Inc. magazine today recognized Incept on its 34th annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation's fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy-America's independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino's Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.

Incept was ranked 6th mid-sized workplace on Northeast Ohio's Top Workplaces 2015 list by WorkplaceDynamics. This is the fourth time in the last five years Incept has been voted among the top places to work. The award is unique in that it is based completely on employee nominations and surveys.

Incept's President and CEO, Sam Falletta, was awarded the Spirit of Philanthropy Award at the 2015 PACE Convention & Expo Awards Luncheon in Atlanta, Georgia. Falletta was chosen for this award because he exemplifies the spirit of philanthropy by inspiring his company through his involvement in the community through contributions of service, time, leadership and monetary donations.

Incept has been named a winner of the CUSTOMER Top 50 Teleservices Outsourcing Award by TMC. The team at Incept is honored to be ranked among the best - 15th Domestic Inbound Call Center, 6th Domestic Outbound Call Center, and 15th Global Aggregate Call Center. With a 30 year history of excellence, these rankings have become the benchmark for businesses seeking high-capacity teleservices agencies.

Incept was named the winner of the Professional Association of Customer Engagement Ohio Valley Chapter sponsored contest called, Contest of Contests. Each participant was given just ten minutes to present their company's employee incentive program to a panel of expert judges. Each program was judged based on originality, hype, effectiveness, reach, focus, and alignment.

Incept was named as one of the 25 Coolest Tech Companies in Northeast, Ohio in 2014. Presented by Inside Business Magazine, the Cool Tech Awards set out to showcase the success of technology of businesses in the region each year.

Incept is proud to announce the addition of a new Chief Operating Officer. Adam Snyder joined the Incept family in early October and will be an integral part in leading the organization through growth and success. As the new COO, Snyder will be responsible for instituting best practices and processes throughout the company, as well as building on the award-winning culture at the center of the company's growth.
