Incept has been awarded the 2017 Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award by the Ohio Psychological Association (OPA). Incept was recognized for this honor because of their commitment to programs and policies that enhance the quality of the work environment for its employees in the areas of employee involvement, work-life balance, employee growth and development, health and safety, and, employee recognition. Incept also won this award in 2013.

Incept’s President, Adam Snyder, was recognized as part of the 2016 ‘30 For The Future’ honor roll, presented by the Greater Akron Young Professionals Network. Each year, the Greater Akron Chamber recognizes 30 young professionals (ages 25-39) who live and/or work in the Greater Akron Region, who are trendsetters in their industries, and who make an impact on the region through dynamic leadership and community service.

The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Incept’s CEO, Sam Falletta, was awarded the Frank L. Simonetti Distinguished Business Alumni Award by The University of Akron College of Business Administration (CBA) Alumni Association. Falletta was selected because of his high achievement of excellence and dedication to serving his community for many years.
Incept, a multi-channel contact center located in Canton, Ohio, announced the transfer of ownership from its founder, Jeff White, to its current CEO and previous minority partner, Sam Falletta.
Incept is proud to announce the promotion of Adam Snyder from Chief Operating Officer to President. As President, Snyder will expand his role by taking responsibility for Incept’s client relationship management in addition to his operational responsibilities. He will continue to report to the CEO, Sam Falletta.
