May 2, 2012

CANTON, Ohio (May 2, 2012) - Incept, a Canton-based Conversational MarketingTM firm, was recently recognized by the Professional Association for Customer Engagement (PACE) at their 2012 Convention & EXPO Awards Banquet in Hollywood, Florida on May 1, 2012. In recognition of their efforts to serve those less fortunate around the world, Incept was awarded the PACE Outstanding Corporate Citizen Award. Incept was also given the honor of being the inaugural winner of the PACE's Employee Appreciation Strategy Award.

The PACE Outstanding Corporate Citizen Award recognizes the philanthropic impact Incept has made on the community through the support of charitable projects, organizations, and activities. Under the leadership of volunteer members of the Incept staff, the InceptGives Committee spearheads multiple efforts which serve the local community, improve the lives of those less fortunate around the world, and motivate Incept employees to find opportunities to volunteer their time to projects they find important.

Annually, Incept donates at least 10% of their earnings to worthy non-profit organizations and projects locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally. In 2011, Incept supported the projects and efforts of organizations including: Cross InternationalPegasus Farmthe Akron-Canton Regional Foodbankthe Salvation Army Angel TreeFund it Forward, and DonorsChoose.org. Incept also funds the operation of a clinic in El Salvador, hosts multiple blood drives, and supports multiple charitable walks and fundraisers in which employees participate.

The honor of winning the first ever PACE Employee Appreciation Strategy Award was the result of Incept's efforts to show appreciation to employees for their hard work and dedication. Their unique LifeSaver Bonus Program rewards employees for setting successful blood donation appointments on behalf of Incept's blood center clients. Over time, employees advance through "LifeSaver Levels" as a result of their performance. Advancing a level both elevates the employee to a more prestigious status within the team, and presents them with rewards ranging from customized apparel to resort vacations. In addition, a weekly bonus is determined by how many LifeSaver points they earned in the previous week.
