Incept’s President, Adam Snyder, was recognized as part of the 2016 ‘30 For The Future’ honor roll, presented by the Greater Akron Young Professionals Network. Each year, the Greater Akron Chamber recognizes 30 young professionals (ages 25-39) who live and/or work in the Greater Akron Region, who are trendsetters in their industries, and who make an impact on the region through dynamic leadership and community service.
"Adam is a leader in the truest sense of the word, not only for Incept but several other organizations in the area," Sam Falletta, states. "He is innovative, intelligent and always willing to help. We’re thrilled to have him as a part of the team and in our community.”
Snyder is the President of Incept and has been an integral part of growing the special culture that led to Incept being named a Top Workplace in NE Ohio in 4 of the previous 5 years. He is also an active board member for ACCESS, Inc., OGS Industries, Artwall.com, Case Western Reserve’s MEM Program, and APICS Cleveland in which he contributes his expertise to assist those organizations in overcoming growth and cultural challenges of their own. His leadership has had a significant impact on the Akron region.
Snyder was recognized for his accomplishments along with Erica Millen of FirstEnergy Corporation Nathan Sargent of Summa Health, Dave Talenda of Cohen & Company, and more.
