REMOTE AT HOME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Incept is rapidly growing & looking to hire 30+ remote agents on behalf of our clients across the country. Applicants will be considered for a role as a Conversational Marketing Expert (CME), beginning as an Accounts Specialist. These roles require exceptional conversational skills while providing customer focused and compassionate work to each individual you speak with.
Description/Perks
ACCOUNTS SPECIALIST
In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from existing customers. These calls can range from assistance resetting a password to figuring out how to print specific postage or request refunds. The purpose of this program is to quickly identify the issue presented by the customer, identify and communicate the appropriate solution and, in some cases, assist the customer in resolving the problem while on the call. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to listen effectively, diagnose the problem, provide exceptional customer service and resolve the issue or answer the question as quickly as possible. Our goal is to help each customer get the most out of their current subscription and you will be at the heart of that assistance.

Incept is looking to hire employees across Ohio to join our growing team immediately. Applicants will be considered for a role as a Conversational Marketing Expert (CME). The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking inbound calls and processing monetary donations for our partner organization. Candidates will need to be comfortable speaking to and accepting donations on behalf of a Christian based organization, as well as transferring calls related to Christian religious topics. These roles require exceptional conversational skills and the availability to work one of the following shifts:
Tuesday – Saturday: 12pm – 8pm
Wednesday – Saturday: 12pm – 8pm & Sunday:8am – 4:30pm
