In recognition of the existing and increasingly significant role area small companies play towards the continuing economic growth and vitality of our local area, Cascade Capital Corporation honors small businesses located in Summit, Medina, Portage, Wayne, Ashland and Holmes counties that have prominently increased sales and/or employment over the past five years.

Incept’s CEO, Sam Falletta, was presented the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award by Cascade Capital Corporation and Smart Business Magazine in 2015.  This award is presented to a local business leader who best exemplifies entrepreneurship by leading a dynamic, growing organization and inspiring others through innovative business practices.

Employer Partners of Inclusion Award

Incept has been named one of the Employer Partners of Inclusion Award winners by Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. OOD recognizes employer partners using criteria that establishes each employer’s level of diversity and inclusion. Criteria includes efforts to recruit and retain Ohioans with disabilities, hosting disability etiquette and awareness training for employees, and other best practices to foster an inclusive work environment.

The PACE Outstanding Corporate Citizen Award recognizes the philanthropic impact Incept has made on the community through the support of charitable projects, organizations, and activities. Under the leadership of volunteer members of the Incept staff, the InceptGives Committee spearheads multiple efforts which serve the local community, improve the lives of those less fortunate around the world, and motivate Incept employees to find opportunities to volunteer their time to projects they find important.

Incept Named Psychologically Healthy Workplace

The Ohio Psychological Association (OPA) awarded Incept the 2017 Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award. Incept was recognized for this honor because of their commitment to programs and policies that enhance the quality of the work environment for its employees in the areas of employee involvement, work-life balance, employee growth and development, health and safety, and, employee recognition. Incept also won this award in 2013.

PACE is the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that utilize contact centers as an integral channel of operations. Incept's CEO, Sam Falletta, was awarded the Spirit of Philanthropy Award at the 2015 PACE Convention & Expo Awards Luncheon in Atlanta, Georgia. Falletta was chosen for this award because he exemplifies the spirit of philanthropy by inspiring his company through his involvement in the community through contributions of service, time, leadership and monetary donations.

Presented by Inside Business, the Cool Tech Awards program is committed to recognizing the technology industry's greatest accomplishments, and in so doing, honoring local companies for their innovation and best practices. The Cool Tech Awards showcase the success of technology businesses in Northeast, Ohio. In 2014, Incept was named as one of the 25 Coolest Tech Companies in Northeast, Ohio.


Community Impact Award

2014

CEO, Sam Falletta, and Incept were recognized with the PACE/NobelBiz Community Impact Award. The Professional Association for Customer Engagement presented this award in accordance with National Customer Service Week to the organization that strives to give back to its clients, its employees, and the community.  Incept was chosen as the winner of this award because of the impact they make through InceptGives and the LifeSaver Program. Through InceptGives the company commits up to 10% of yearly earnings to charitable organizations that provide goods and services to people in need around the globe. The LifeSaver Program rewards Incept employees based on the number of lives they have saved through blood donor recruitment calls. Watch this video to learn more about these programs.


Employee Appreciation Strategy Award

2012

The honor of winning the first ever PACE Employee Appreciation Strategy Award was the result of Incept's efforts to show appreciation to employees for their hard work and dedication. Our unique LifeSaver Bonus Program rewards employees for setting successful blood donation appointments on behalf of Incept's blood center clients. Over time, employees advance through "LifeSaver Levels" as a result of their performance. Advancing a level both elevates the employee to a more prestigious status within the team, and presents them with rewards ranging from customized apparel to resort vacations.
