CANTON, Ohio - Incept congratulates Allison Legg on her promotion to the position of Client Results Representative. Legg, whose began her career at Incept in August of 2010, quickly advanced herself into the role of Program Results Supervisor where she demonstrated extraordinary leadership skills and dedication. Her promotion to Client Results Representative in November 2011 marks the next step in her career.
President and CEO Sam Falletta had this to say about Allison's career at Incept leading up to her recent promotion: "Allison has been an exceptionally strong addition to the team from the time she walked in the door. Her attention to detail, discipline, and consistency in exceeding goals as a Program Results Supervisor made her a natural fit to join the Client Results team."
Driven by a natural desire to work with clients to find creative solutions to their problems, Allison focuses on sifting through data in search of the one piece of information which can solve issues or change strategies. She describes this facet of her work as "very fulfilling" and had this to say about her excited outlook for the future in her new role: "I'm looking forward to gaining a better understanding of how to provide customer intimacy in every aspect of my work."
Legg cites the support of those around her as a driving factor in her success and credits many of her memorable experiences at Incept to the team she works with.
