New manager uses fifteen years of industry experience in efforts to drive results.

CANTON, Ohio - Fegan, who joined Incept in late October, 2011, brings with him fifteen-plus years of contact center industry experience. He plans to draw on what he has learned to find creative ways to improve the individual results of the members of his team.
Fegan holds his Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and brings a breadth of experience to Incept, which he describes as, "...a real asset that contributes to my ability to work with team members to inspire them to reach higher levels of performance." He credits his experience to providing him with a unique combination of people and analytical skills that help him to be successful.
Incept President and CEO Sam Falletta commented on Fegan joining the team by saying: "We're thrilled to be able to add someone with Jake's previous success and skillset to the team at Incept.
