Google & HubSpot Joining TBG Digital Marketing & Incept for Local Conference

Two local companies, TBG Digital Marketing and Incept, have teamed up to host a regional marketing conference specifically for manufacturing companies. The conference will feature presentations from Google and HubSpot and the same agenda will be presented in two separate cities on consecutive days. The Cleveland conference will be held on October 11, 2017 in Club Velvet at the Hard Rock Rocksino. The Pittsburgh conference will be conducted in the MSA Auditorium at the RLA Learning and Conference Center. For more information or to register to attend, visit www.MarketingforManufacturers.us. “As a consulting firm, our niche is B2B manufacturing companies,” says TBG Digital Marketing owner, Gene Bonanno. “One thing we’ve come to find working with such clients is there’s a lack of resources – specifically regional events – for manufacturer specific marketing. Yet, this area has a ton of companies that still make something. In talking with Incept, who has a similar client base, they echoed our sentiments and the wheels started turning to co-sponsor an event that would fill this void. Together, we’re joining representatives from Google and HubSpot and centering all presentations on topics and case studies relevant to manufacturers. Our goal is to host a first-class educational experience that brings local manufacturers together to learn and network with industry thought leaders.”

The same conference will be presented in Cleveland and Pittsburgh each day. The conference will have a 9:30 am check-in, but officially kick off at 10:00 am and run until 4:30 pm. An hour has been set aside at the start to discuss goals and pain-points with attendees, so content can be tailored to meet their individual needs throughout the day.

Gene Bonanno, Digital Marketing Consultant and Owner of TBG Digital Marketing, will begin the day’s presentations with “Developing a Comprehensive Internet Marketing Strategy.” The session will cover the fundamental steps every manufacturing company should take to develop and implement an effective marketing plan. Prior to opening his company in 2004, Gene had over 20 years of experience as a consultant for IBM Global Services. He is HubSpot Inbound Certified, HubSpot Marketing Software Certified, HubSpot Sales Software Certified, and the firm is a HubSpot Certified Agency Partner. There are over 40,000 marketing agencies in the USA; Google provides direct support to less than 5% of them, TBG is one of those coveted agencies.

Dan Vivian, Senior Account Executive at HubSpot, will follow with a presentation on “HubSpot & Inbound Marketing.” HubSpot is a leader in marketing automation and sales software and Dan is responsible for providing skill transfer of their methodology to over 40 HubSpot Agency Partners.  Dan will provide a basic overview of Inbound Marketing and highlight the importance of Smarketing – the act of aligning marketing and sales teams together to increase revenue. He will then shift to HubSpot services geared specifically towards manufacturers.

Sam Falletta, CEO of Incept, will help attendees bridge the gap between traditional marketing practices and today’s landscape – often a big challenge for manufacturers. His presentation, “Outbound to Inbound: Defining Your Strategy,” will also include a panel of local sales strategists. Sam has been responsible for the development and execution of successful customer acquisition and retention strategies for some of the largest brands in the world, including Microsoft, Ford, Honda, and the American Red Cross. Incept is a multi-channel contact center located in Canton, OH, focused on customer relationship management.

The last presentation of the day will feature two speakers from Google – Richard Rondon, Agency Development Manager, and Josh Weum, Digital Ambassador. Their presentation, “Business Development in the Digital Age,” will talk about why online, why now, and why Google. This is a unique opportunity to meet with Google representatives directly.

Each day will conclude with networking and one-on-one questions and answer sessions with speakers.
