This pilot-calling program, conducted on behalf of the Blood Center of New Jersey's Muhlenberg site, was such a success that after the test was completed the project was rolled out and continues to the present day.

Incept has been named a Top Workplace for the 11th time. The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces program recognizes Northeast Ohio employers who prioritize organizational health. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
