Incept is proud to announce the addition of a new Vice President of Customer Success. Mike Somody joined the Incept family in early August and will be an integral part of leading the team to success in the software and ecommerce industries.

Most recently, Somody was the VP of Customer Care at Virtual Hold, a multi-channel communication company where he led the customer care group that oversaw the successful deployment and relationship management of over 200 clients.
