Incept’s Billie Johnson Speaks at 2012 Association of Donor Recruitment Professionals Conference

Billie shared insights on the importance of building a winning donor experience at the 2012 ADRP Conference.

CANTON, Ohio - Incept's Vice President of Client Results Billie Johnson presented A Great Donor Experience = A Game Winning Grand Slam" at the 2012 ADRP conference in St. Louis on May 16th, 2012. With donors' lives being busier and busier, the presentation provided attendees with ways to make the blood donation experience a winning success every time!


Billie had the following remarks to share about her presentation: "My topic this year was on the donor experience and moving the blood center staff away from executing tasks and making the entire process of donating blood all about our donors. After thousands of surveys, we find that most lapsed donors claim the reason they have not been in to make a donation is a lack of time." Billie also added, "This session focused on finding ways to make the experience so enjoyable that donors will prioritize blood donation over other activities that they choose to do when they have free time."

The conference was another huge success for all that attended, and Incept looks forward to seeing everyone next year in Scottsdale, AZ!
