Expert insight into the effective use of social media for business creates opportunity for Incept President/CEO to share knowledge with others.

May 16, 2012

CANTON, Ohio - Incept President and CEO Sam Falletta was given the honor of sitting on a panel for the discussion, "Process, Metrics, and Scaling Social Media for B2C2B Lead Generation" at the Professional Association for Customer Engagement's 2012 Convention & EXPO held in Hollywood, FL April 29 - May 2, 2012. (PACE was formerly known as the American Teleservices Association).

Falletta's unique experience in combining the contact center industry and the emerging markets of social media management and outsourcing allowed him to provide insight and afforded him the opportunity to share what he has learned with others in the industry. He had the following remarks when reflecting on the event:

"This may have been the most significant trade show event our industry has seen in the last 10 years, because it really drove home the point of how we are shifting. Customer engagement comes in all channels and having speakers from all over the country share best practices on how our industry can meet that need will help us all for a long time. Kudos to Phil Grudzinski, Lisa Nye Ford, and the entire PACE team for an A+ event."

Falletta frequently attends both national and individual chapter-level events put on by the Professional Association for Customer Engagement. For this year's panel discussion, he shared the stage with Kristin Kane, Director of Social Media at Kane Partners, LLC and Rini Das, CEO of PAKRA Games.
