Promotion marks new opportunity by putting young professional on point for company’s interactions with blood bank clients.

CANTON, Ohio - Incept congratulates Jenna Patterson on her June 2011 promotion to her new role of Client Results Executive. In her new position, Patterson will be focusing on the continued development of relationships with Incept's current clients with the objective of helping them achieve their goals.
Patterson joined the company in May 2009 as a Program Results Supervisor working directly with Conversational MarketingTM Experts (CMEs) on the contact center floor. Her experience there served her well as she quickly progressed through the company, eventually transitioning to the Client Results team. She credits the insights and perspective she gained working in the contact center with her success on the client-side of the business.
