Incept’s CEO, Sam Falletta, was recognized as part of the 2022 Smart 50 by Smart Business Magazine. The Smart 50 Awards recognize top executives of the 50 smartest companies in the region for their ability to effectively build and lead successful organizations. Falletta is the first person to win this award six times.
Incept, a leader in customer experience solutions, is being honored as a 2022 Weatherhead 100 award winner. This will be the third time Incept has been awarded a growth award by Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management, which recognizes the Northeast Ohio’s fastest-growing companies based on revenue from 2017 to 2021.

This will be the fifth time Incept has been awarded a growth award by Cascade Capital, which recognizes businesses from Summit, Medina, Stark, Portage, Wayne, Ashland and Holmes counties that have achieved significant growth in sales or employment. As an added honor, Incept has been selected as a special category award winner: Employee Growth in the Service & Manufacturing Category.
Incept has been named a Top Workplace for the 11th time. The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s Top Workplaces program recognizes Northeast Ohio employers who prioritize organizational health. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Incept is proud to announce the promotion of Adam Snyder from Chief Operating Officer to President. As President, Snyder will expand his role by taking responsibility for Incept’s client relationship management in addition to his operational responsibilities. He will continue to report to the CEO, Sam Falletta.

Falletta will join the only non-profit trade organization dedicated exclusively to the advancement of companies that use a multi-channel approach to engaging their customers as a leading expert on digital and social communications strategy.
