With planning complete, it’s time to execute. This process involves daily interaction, iteration and adjustments. We are consistently updating the project plan based on results.

Evaluate and Debrief

At the conclusion of the test, we will provide a summary of activity and results to date.

Rollout or Rename

At this point we will have completed one cycle of testing and have the option to rollout successful learnings and re-define new opportunities for improvement.
