Melissa Steiner was hired into the position of Relationship Development Supervisor in the beginning of July. She will go through approximately 2 months of training before taking ownership of a team of up to 30 Conversational Marketing Experts. She has previous call center supervisor experience, and has also run her own businesses on multiple occassions.
