Incept has become the founding sponsor of a new scholarship fund for college students leaders participating in the National Cesar E. Chavez Blood Drive Challenge, a national health service learning initiative launched by the Migrant Students Foundation in 2009 to engage more U.S. Hispanic/Latino college students as blood donors.
