On March 26, 2012 The Foundation for America's Blood Centers presented Incept with its President's Award during the America's Blood Centers' Awards of Excellence Banquet as part of their 50th Anniversary celebration held in Scottsdale, AZ.

Incept, a Canton-based Conversational Marketing TM firm has joined forces with Carter BloodCare to save more lives in the north, central and eastern regions of Texas. In all, Carter BloodCare provides more than 330,000 units of lifesaving blood to 58 counties.

Advancing himself from an entry-level position, Deetrein Johnson proudly takes on new responsibility as Incept's newest Program Results Supervisor. Johnson, who was promoted in February of this year, says he is excited about finding new ways by which he can be beneficial to the company.

On February 6, 2012 Incept proudly announced that veteran employee Stephanie Smith was promoted to the role of Program Results Supervisor. After a successful period as a Program Results Coach, Smith's hard work and dedication paid off in February of 2012 with an exciting step forward.

Incept, a Canton-based conversational marketing firm, has appointed Sam Falletta to president and CEO. The appointment culminates a 15-year career at the company during which Falletta helped grow Incept from 10 employees to 250.

 Incept congratulates Allison Legg on her promotion to the position of Client Results Representative. Legg, whose began her career at Incept in August of 2010, quickly advanced herself into the role of Program Results Supervisor where she demonstrated extraordinary leadership skills and dedication. Her promotion to Client Results Representative in November 2011 marks the next step in her career.

Incept has appointed veteran team member Lee-Ann Zackiewicz to the position of Director of Employee Results. Zackiewicz, a thirteen-year member of the Incept team, looks to use her extensive experience to drive the future growth and development of the company.

Tammy Paveloi, who joined the Incept team in September of 2011, provides a high degree of positive energy while focusing on driving team growth and improving results. Drawing upon the parallels to her background in recruiting, she approaches team management with a focus on improving individual performance.

Incept congratulates Jenna Patterson on her June 2011 promotion to her new role of Client Results Executive. In her new position, Patterson will be focusing on the continued development of relationships with Incept's current clients with the objective of helping them achieve their goals.
